Christmas Decorations at the Mission Office

 This is the view out of our 8th floor apartment ... a real mix of the old,wooden houses and neighborhoods and the new high rise apartment buildings.

 Very cold morning walking to the office - these coats are very warm - - I called mine the 'furnace' could not wear it until it was 20 or so - I think this day it was minus 20! 

 Russians say: "There is no bad weather, just bad clothing!"
