Vladivostok Trip

 Last week we flew to Vladivostok for an Audit training ... this is the view from one window of our hotel room - Hyundai - very nice.

 The tall pillars in the background are the posts of the Golden Bridge - if you look close you can see the cables...lots of cement buildings in Vlad - more old wooden house in Irkutsk.

 Here you can see one of the bays - the one that stays open in the winter - also come ships.

 This is the bay that is frozen.

 Elder Smith said he wanted to get a picture of the Burger King on the corner ... when I downloaded the pictures this "Ladies Night" one came up!?!

The electronic sign had changed just as the last picture was taken - redeemed!  It is funny to us that with the 'tension' between our countries, there is an awful lot of American food, clothes, cars, etc.  We are happy about it - every now and then KFC, Burger King and even McDonald's tastes good!
