Pretty scenery, wonderful company!!

Stan, Julie, Thia and Riddick - thanks Uncle Stan for finding us this fun place to have a fishing adventure.  We really missed the ones who couldn't come ... and we will plan another one!

 Sam had all the big boys doing push ups with him ... he has a PT test coming up soon.

 Dad's early birthday present - three berries from the Bozeman farmers market - Thia loves fruit! There were blueberries, raspberries, and black berries - very yummy!

 All the boys caught these small mountain white fish right off the dock - - Joel and Christian said they must have caught 50 - 60 all together.  They released most of them, unless the hook was too bad - then they fed them to the sea gulls - - who swallowed them whole at one gulp!

Joel's hair ... and white fish!  Joel said he wears a hat all summer and cuts his hair when school starts!

Family Fishing Adventure

 Julie, Thia, Riddick and I drove to Yellowstone Holiday Lodge to visit the Smith Family Fishing Adventure - they were just coming back from fishing on Hebgen Lake - Riddick wanted to join them.

Grandpa Smith and the wonderful trout caught that morning - Christian caught the largest, Dad, Jason, Noah and Luke - they were mighty tasty!!!

Thia Downtown

 Thia and Grandma went downtown for an adventure ... we loved the library! They have a lot of toys and low shelves and Thia was happily playing ...until some other children came and started using the computers.  She crawled up on the chair and played with the keys for a long time - it wasn't working but the screen showed a moving underwater fish scene so that was fun!

 Bozeman was celebrating a Sweet Pea Arts Festival - free chalk and everyone drew on the sidewalks - we did our masterpiece in front of the library!

Shape Montana Conference 2017

 Monday and Tuesday Julie had her annual Shape Montana conference.  Last year when This was only four weeks old - we went to Great Falls - this year the conference was in Bozeman. I feel so lucky to come again and tend Thia while her Mommy presents.

 Stan and Julie have a beautiful garden - Stan fenced it so the deer don't enjoy it too much!

 Another look - the deer did eat some sun flowers and lily flowers that were around the side of the house... I guess if we eat them, they should eat some of our flowers.

 Julie cut some lettuce for our dinner salad - so yummy!
